Surely, Trader Joe’s is one of the good local places that sell flowers, often times since I am a Florist living near Oceanside, I have to run to them to complete orders when I usually go to the Flower market in Carlsbad, California, many times I don’t have a choice, so I have to stop by there and buy what I’m missing, while also often times the quality of flowers are good. Some of them are not that great, since I am a Florist and I need to deliver high-quality product, I have to estimate if it’s worth to get the materials from there, usually pretty good, sometimes missing product in the bunch where they charge full price regardless if there are missing Flowers or not which was the case today, I reported the bunch was missing some quantities and they either replace it when it’s available on the color I need or take away the price to adjust accordingly to the missing pieces, today I bought a bunch of roses and one of the heads was broken. I found it like that in the bunch, reported it to the manager and I ask to adjust the price for the quantity that I have because the quantity was not 12 but 11 roses, he say no! they usually help me pretty well, he said people take it like that and they don’t ask for discount; usually people don’t know about the quantities, since I am a florist. I know how many comes on a bunch and if you’re not giving me the quantity for what you are charging me, you should adjust your price, in this occasion they didn’t and I got very disappointed since I buy a lot of product from them, too bad that they rather lose a customer than give quality and comprehensive customer care service. Today I rated only one star for one rose head, they have steal one dollar from me. Shame of you.
