That nothing fails because they do not have any coverage to repair it. For a mobile phone of just over €500, they ask me for more than 200 for the plastic back cover and to check the microphone that fails, less than 6 months after the purchase, they say that it takes more than 5 months to return the mobile. Unacceptable terms in our country or within the European Union.
