Although I initially ordered the mantle beam without being completely sure of what I wanted, I appreciated Carly’s proactive email checking in on my choice. She pointed out that the particular mantle beam I had ordered might not be the best option if I intended to place items on top of it, such as candles. I truly valued her guidance, as I wanted to ensure I could decorate the mantle as intended. After taking a couple of weeks to decide, Carly kindly sent me photos of different colours, demonstrating remarkable patience and helpfulness throughout the process.
