Ordered furniture with Trago in Merthyr in 2019. Still not completed order. Promises of call backs to me have never materialised. I have had so many delivery dates given and promises that it will be sorted out you just could not make it up. They just try to fob you off with every excuse under the sun.The manager is never there .... do they actually have anyone in charge? Unfortunately my next step will now be to get legal advice. I would advise anyone thinking of buying furniture from this joke of a place to forget it. Please go to a proper furniture outlet and do not disappoint yourself.
