I made a huge gaff when ordering-I inadvertently ordered 2000 quantity-not realizing it was 10! In a pack and I needed 200 and not 2,000-I was able to call and they corrected the order-it was on my corporate card-for our company and I REALLY appreciated them being available to correct my order when I realized my mistake and called them. I had to leave a message and received a personal phone call back from them to correct my mistake! The items arrived beautifully-the correct amount and quickly-as I was working on a deadline! Great job, Trainers warehouse! I will keep coming back!
