Mostly good. However, in the product description the video that they show of someone playing the chime is a different set of pictures from the one that was shipped. When I asked about this, they apologized, but passed it off as them not being professional musicians. While I understand this, this shows that they are not aware of the basic principles of sound on humans. If the pitches are different, the effect on the people hearing it will be different, this is why it’s important to get the exact pitches that you are looking for even in a nonprofessional instrument.
