Tiles were excellent, and delivered on date of choice, shame you cant pick morning or afternoon like most delivery's these days, or have warning sent by the driver when they are close. When arrived could not get pallet of the truck, I then had to take each tile out of the pallet and put on another pallet while the driver watched. I then had to show him how to get his pallet truck under the other pallet so we could get it off the lorry, This then got stuck on the tail lift of the lorry. While the lorry driver was huffing and puffing I managed to free it b using a few brain cells
