We sent some items with Couriers Please using Transdirect.
When the Couriers Please tracking page updated to say items were damaged we contacted Transdirect - to ask what was going on.
Their response was simply they 'can not track every parcel.'
So we asked for our items back.
Days later Transdirect get back in contact saying the items have been disposed of. NOT RETURNED AS REQUESTED
NOR ANY EVIDENCE JUST TAKE THEIR WORD the items were damaged and disposed of, and they will not pay out for the items under insurance.
Nor will they provide any evidence for additional insurance policy cover payout.
Police report has been lodged because in every other instance this is theft.
You would be better of giving your parcel to the guy hanging out the back of the pub! Wouldn't waste your time filling out paperwork to be told your parcel is gone.
