Sorry - but if I could give less than 1 star I would. I booked and re-booked my freight delivery 8 times!! They kept just not showing up! What was to be a Christmas gift for my Mum (A 25kg bag of Espom Salts) was meant to be delivered mid Dec. I was still trying to book it in late January. When they finally DID pick it up - they lost the parcel within a day. Warranty then said as it was under $100.00 value - they would not cover me for the loss. (see screen shot below). HOW does a business operate like this? I never write bad reviews - but this experience was SO bad - I had to. The customer service woman is nice - but the rest of the process? Not showing up 8 times! Then loosing the item?? Terrible.
