From start to finish I have had a good experience with Transform. Everything explained in depth but not dragged out too much, got the exact surgery date I wanted and the exact surgeon. Also got seen to and operated on very early in the day. I have recovered great and feel the emergency doctors were fabulous if I felt I had any worries and wanted to come in to see them. Overall very happy with Transform :)
