My entire experience was made extremely easy and stress free due to the professional and friendly nature of the staff at Transform. Mr Ali (my surgeon) was very honest and guided me through the entire process. The nurses and other health care professionals who looked after me at the hospital were lovely and made me feel at ease from the moment I stepped through the door. Karen my patient co-ordinator was so helpful answering any questions I had. Due to the size of the organisation I assumed I would receive a very standard, one size fits all service from Transform however I could not have been more wrong it was very personal with nothing I asked being too much.
