The surgery was good, but aftercare not as. I have been forgotten by the team. I understand that I have missed my post op 2nd appointment; however nobody tried to offer me another one. :(
The surgeon did not see me after the surgery which was in September 2015.
Customers who had a surgery should be as valid/important/in the centre of attention as those who are interested in surgery before making the payments. At the end of the day all is business and money matter.
