I had been for a consultation at another London based cosmetic company with an consultation facility in Chelmsford and appalled by the service at BOTH establishments, this put me off surgery for 18 months then I heard about TRANSFORM and arranged an appointment at Norwich with apprehension, needless to say, this was the most relaxing experience one could have seeking surgery. All the staff from entering the building were polite friendly and supportive. Mr Giannas my consultation surgeon was only too happy to answer all my questions without rushing me through the process and was more than happy to see me for a second consultation after having had time to consider his advice on what was best for me. I had breast augmentation surgery at Transform Hospital and have to say though nervous it was a great experience. The care was second to none and Mr Giannas and his anesthetist were fantastic and made me feel at ease throughout so much so I am planning another surgery soon. . So thank you to the "other" company for making me feel uncomfortable and rubbish allowing me time to find TRANSFORM.
