I had otoplasty done in January this year..it is something I have wanted to do for years as it has always affected me but I was abit nervous to get this done and always put it off. Then I got recomended by a friend who had the same procedure done at transform and she told me step by step everything and made me excited to get it done myself. I had a few consultations and everything went very smoothly. On the day I couldn't of asked for anything better. The Procudure, nurses and staff at transform were amazing they made me feel very relaxed and helped me recover Untill I will fit to go home. I received a card in the most saying get well soon and a phone call from them and a 24hr number if anything was a problem. From start to finish has been 5* I would really recomend them
