The surgeon who carried out my procedure was absaloutly lovely. Always explained everything thoroughly very caring and supporting. The pines hospital was lovely felt like a hotel 5 star treatment. My only gripe was at Sheffield clinic when I had appointments booked and was still waiting an hour after my scheduled appointment. That was the only thing that let it down and it happened a few times. Overall very satisfied and would and have recommended transform.
