The operation in London and care I received there was amazing. Could not fault the hospital or staff at all. Portishead on the other hand was very different. Every appointment was at least 30 minutes late and my pre op with the nurse was one and a half hours late. Someone who arrived after me was called in and no one told me anything apart from someone turned up late. I on the other hand was on time and had a very long and tedious wait !!! You are left in the waiting room with the TV on loop over and over and over !!!!
