They can't carry out treatment and don't bother to cancel your appointment (London Bank branch / 39 Cornhill Street) They booked me in TWICE without having the product available and being able to carry out the treatment. Though the first time we could carry out the initial consultation, I was booked in a second time for the treatment, just to discover, once there, that the treatment couldn't be carried out for a lack of stock of the product. They didn't even bother to cancel my appointment, and provided the most ridiculous excuses (e.g. "I have no visibility on the appointments booked on my behalf"). Such awful customer service is extremely unprofessional for any business environment.
