Gabriele was an outstanding practitioner, very professional and informed me of everything before my treatment. However when i had to rescedule my follow up appointment for botox i was messed around and was told to basically not come for my appointment as i had gone past my rebooking date, i had allready set off that morning from anglesey in north wales which is a 2 hour drive away for me to your clinic, and was told half way through my drive to not come as it would be pointless as there is nothing anyone could do, considering i was willing to travel and had spent nearly 300 pounds on botox a few weeks earlier i was disgusted with the patient aftercare that i received, im due a treatment very soon and i have doubts as to weather i will use transform again.
