I felt that Transform as a company did not just treat you as a customer they treat you as a human being. From the outset every single member of staff that I have interacted with has been friendly and tried to put me at ease. I would like to give particular thanks to Larna who went that "extra mile" to make sure that all of my wishes were accommodated and of course Ms Haddon. Ms Haddon was so kind and so reassuring throughout making sure I had a full consultation that was not rushed and that I was happy with that decision. The Pines Hospital is very nice and the food was like a five star hotel. One little thing that would have made a difference have a clock on the wall for when you wake up as I had to keep crawling around to find my phone. I cannot praise this company enough.
