All staff, from Receptionist, Receptionist and Practioner make me feel a valued client. They are all courteous, helpful and pleasant. During the 10 years I have been receiving treatment, I have found all the Consultants have given clear advise, listened to my needs, not pressured me into any treatment and, if at times I have felt unhappy about any treatment, this has been remedied. Finally, the Practioner I see at present, Barbara, is marvellous. Barbara offers good sound advise and the treatment she has administered with me is excellent, e.g. botox and fillers, with minimal bruising. Regards, Brenda Emmett.
