Very friendly, helpful people who gave me the confidence to go ahead with my procedure. Everyone at Reading have been amazing! Very positive and always interested in every step of my journey. Eileen, the nurse, has been a rock! She explains everything she is doing very thoroughly along with encouraging words which make me feel happy and confident that all is well. Lizzie has been amazing, reassuring and encouraging. Always smiling and happy and gives her time to talk whenever I visit the clinic. Natalie, the receptionist is a star, she is always interested in how I am and gives very positive comments on my outcome. The whole atmosphere at Reading is perfect! Riverside nurses and staff are so welcoming, helpful and reassuring. They too are very friendly, caring and looked after me way beyond my expectations!
