They expected me to drive to Milton Keynes from Cardiff for the proper consultation and then have my surgery in Birmingham even though there is a branch in Cardiff? Cancelled and was told 28 days for my £500 deposit. 28 days has been and gone and a girl calls me and wants to know my reason for cancelling and tells me the money will be with me in 2 days. Still nothing! Have sent multiple emails to the patient advisor that took my money but she is not replying to me. Scam company don’t use them! Loads of bad reviews about their surgeries too.
