Do NOT BOOK WITH THEM. on Tue , the 23rd Feb 2021. I booked a ' document under 200mg TNT EXPRESS delivery to Germany with them. Before I completed the order I called their office, was told that it would take up to 2days and assured the document would be in Germany by Thurs 25th Feb . I then went ahead completed the order. Today I found out that the ' online booking went to LANDMARK" and will take anything up to 14 days. Thru their online booking system I was led to believe I booked an Express document delivery service via TNT when it reality it went to a 14 day delivery service called Landmark. These are important documents, I did not choose a '14 days delivery service' online, why I would do so for an impotant document is beyond me. I have now filed an OFFICIAL LETTER OF COMPLAINT to TRANSGLOBAL EXPRESS LTD. My next step will be to file an official complaint with CDR, UK, CONSUMER ARBITRATION.
