Customer service staff was very helpful. The price for sending parcel was competitive. Was able to track parcel to destination.
Unfortunately the country of destination, customs charges was almost the same cost for the recipient to be able to receive the parcel. I was also asked to produce receipts for contents, which were clothing, so delivery took a lot longer, no fault of Transglobal, but I think useful for others to know and be aware of, as I would have appreciated knowing in advance what to expect.
