On 15th October I sent a package to Austria with DPD via Transglobal. As of 25th November, it's been to Austria twice and returned to the UK twice and is now sitting in a DPD warehouse because of "IT issues". Transglobal have tried to sort this but can get no sense out of DPD. They have shown willingness but don't seem to have any power over DPD so solve this mess. I wish they had more clout to throw at these nasty little courier companies who just don't deliver in every sense of the word. As a direct result of the DPD incompetence I have now lost my customers in Austria, not Transglobal's fault but at the end of the day, my contract is with them and they are ultimately liable.
