The parcel was collected from my home within hours of the booking, and was delivered to my son in Australia just six days later. The staff at Transglobal are very helpful and answer telephones very quickly. They particularly helped me with the customs codes for items in the parcel. So helpful and professional and a pleasure to speak to. I was kept updated throughout the journey as to the parcel's whereabouts.
