I would be VERY WARY of this company. We have had three quite questionable experiences recently which amount to extortion, plain and simple. We as a company have used Transglobal for around 8 years. There are pros and cons with this service but our experience is that Transglobal have always had a slant towards looking after themselves rather than their customers. On three occasions recently, orders shipped using their TG branded service have been returned to us after a couple of weeks. On all three occasions Transglobal have charged us an eye watering £43 for the return (each). For context, these packages have a value of approx £25, with the original outgoing shipping cost to EU at approx £14. Average profit on these orders is probably £10 - £15. That means that in the last month we have lost £130 in shipping fees, on items that cost £6 - £10 each to manufacture. To make matters infinitely worse, Transglobal took it upon themselves to block our account when the first of these £43 bills remained unpaid for too long. I was away on a business trip and returned to hear that we'd not been able to ship orders for two days. Yes, you read that right - Transglobal chose to shut down the multiple daily bookings we make with them in order to pursue one single £43 bill. And they were unperturbed by the effect the shut down had had on our customer service and orders. Effectively we have been given no choice but to pay these "daylight robbery" fees on fear of getting our account locked. It's a perplexing mindset that Transglobal have. They show a veneer of "customer service orientation" but never ever deviate from their well- versed and self-centered script or position. They perpetually double down on any issue presented to them and the customer ALWAYS lands up bearing the financial brunt. We have lost a lot of money through them. Unfortunately we are tied to them for the moment, but if you're looking for a platform to use for your business, just be aware that Transglobal will not value the business you give them, and will bite your hand whenever they feel fit. Best to look elsewhere really.
