Unreliable with insufficient claims process and absolutely terrible service
I sent my first parcel with transglobal, and it was lost before it even left the country. I dropped it at the post office, it was collected by DPD, and then they lost it. Now I have to spend more time filling in a claim form, and Transglobal will give me the cost price of the goods back only - so no reimbursement for the order value, packaging, time, and dissatisfied customer. I won't be using again.
Edit to add they've managed to locate it a month later - so have cancelled my claim! :( And I've already sent a replacement with another courier so I don't want it to be delivered. So now I've totally lost out, and they don't care in the slightest.
