AVOID THIS COMPANY. They are living up to their bad customer service reputation They have bad reviews everywhere including the BBB. I wish I had looked at those before I ordered. It has been over two weeks and no response or action on my orders. My orders are still listed as "Awaiting Fulfillment". Their site said the parts I ordered would be shipped in 24 hours. I sent them a dozen messages and tried to call with no response. Online customers expect their order to be fulfilled as they state - "Shipped within 24 hours" or some sort of communication is necessary. No communications means they are more than happy to take my money with no intention of providing me my product or at least no concern for my patronage. I do not know how they can stay in business if they never respond to their customers. If you cannot manage an online store then close it down. If not, your bad reviews will do it for you. I suggested they hire an expert to evaluate how much business they are losing due to their poor customer service. The lower prices they charge are not worth the loss of time or disrespect they show their customers. I guess if you had a month or so to wait on your parts, they will finally ship them. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
