Absolutely shocking company and I'm going to watchdog about them because they need shutting down. Can't get through to anyone by phone, tried emailing but every time get asked the same questions over and over again like name, email, postcode, date order placed. Get a ticket number and message stating allow 48 hours for reply and then same thing all over again. Lost count of how many emails I've sent. Tried using chat system, also a waste of space. Tracksuit was ordered back in November 2022 and still waiting in March 2023 for delivery.
