I ordered a hoodie for my son on 29th September. I was shocked when I received notification that my parcel was going to be delivered on the 2nd October as this has never happened before. Usually I have to wait weeks and on one occasion it was months. The parcel did arrive but instead of a hoodie there was a dirty green jumper from Primark that smelt of petrol in the bag. I immediately took pictures and added them to the email that I sent to Trapstar. They emailed back after 2 days and advised that my case will be investigated and it would take 8- 10 working days. This timescale has come and gone. I have emailed afurther 3 times and they have been ignored. When you call the telephone number for both the Birmingham and London branch it says they are not in service. The website refers to customer care. It an absolute joke. They should not be allowed to continue to do business. I have read other reviews and they are more negative than positive. This company needs to be investigated and people to to be refunded of their hard earned cash.
