Our dog guard arrived very promptly, unfortunately a couple of pieces where missing. These were sent out very quickly but the 'bits' wouldn't fit together. A completely new set of 'bits' were then sent out and these were perfect. I would say that the product is excellent but maybe Travall need to. Look at their internal quality processes becuase the brackets and knobs they sent out initially were of poor quality and badly machined. The replacements were far superior.
