I would like to see further improvements on editing the proposal, especially how it looks printed or on pdf. It is not perfect how it cuts pages.
Also, text editing should be more professional.
CRM has not changed anything, and added forms should be seen by the itinerary, and not five clicks away.
Rate is too high though for a starter agent and not everyone can pay a whole year in advance.
