I have not been able to utilize this software to a place where it is helpful for my business. You tube trainings are not suitable for me. The trainers skips steps in the training for those who are not computer savvy. Terms are ambiguous such as "remove" meaning the same as "delete". When you say look for the delete button then there should be a delete button. In addition the one on one training sessions are too short and the trainers are inpatient. When I was trying to learn your CRM system, he got frustrated and told me to just type each contact in instead of trying to upload them from my excel sheet.
