I needed a visa for China and contacted several organisations to see if they could help. The quotations that they gave for this service was almost the same price as the actual visa! Travel direct only charged £20. I also had a problem with getting a visa due to the fact that I was born in Egypt. Travel direct sorted out the problem and I received my visa within 3 days. The customer care from the beginning of the process to the end was excellent.
