Looking for a reputable intermediary to help me with a Chinese visa, I found Travel Direct UK through Google, among many other similar agencies, and I was impressed first by the web-site and then the price (taking into consideration the only slightly lower price of sorting it out myself) and reviews. I liked the fact that I could telephone if I needed help and that, if I wished, I could have documents checked on-line first, also that this was a genuine establishment where I could turn up without first making an appointment. I didn't take advantage of this, though, because I live in the English Midlands! Such a pity you only organize visas to Russia and China...
