I was having issues getting my visa from the London Visa Application Centre but Travel Direct was able to quickly get me the exact visa I needed. It would have been nice to have received emails informing me that my application passport had been received and that it had been sent back to me, although I was able to track the packages via Royal Mail so it's not really much of an issue.
