Very simple, the instructions on what documents are needed is easy to follow. Contacted them after my passport was returned to ask for the invoice and got it by the end of business. Returned on time ever over a bank Holiday weekend.
This is my third 2 year visa obtained through Travel Direct and won’t use anyone else.
