Just a wee note to say how appreciative and impressed I am with your service. I was a bit overwhelmed when I realised that the Edinburgh Chinese Visa Centre had changed its processes and had a long lead time even just for an appointment. I did a web search but of course didn’t really understand or even trust that this could be done through a third party. The travel-direct website was really helpful and I was so impressed they managed to get my passport back and visa sorted in just two working days. Tina was also so helpful making a special quick trip to the Visa Centre along the street to collect my passport when I arrived a bit too early before 10am. Thank you!
