Booked a last minute five night booking.Everything seemed to go through fine.Now here's where the fun starts.I filled in my details for accomodation,transfers and flights.Was not forwarded to easyJet website ,just there form asking other passengers,filled in my husband's name, thought nothing of it.Went to check in ,pay for seats etc,fill in passenger info.Put ref no in went to put details in both seats outbound/inbound,on my name.Could not change on there website,had to ring travel Republic up,who had to do the name change,only to have to pay 97.00p as they say it's what easyJet charge.When I quired how both seats where in my name,there representative said ,it looks like there system autofill had done it.But me not them had to pay for name change,or lose holiday.Not going to let this drop,they admitted it's there system error,so why have I had to pay so much.Never Again.
