I have used this company years ago and had good customer service, phones answered within 20 minutes everything sorted efficiently , Now 2 years since my last booking it seems they don't answer for at least a hour , transfer you all over the place , don't understand you whatsoever for me gone from hero to zero ! Don't use them people go anywhere else but travel Republic , I'd have given zero stars if it was possible.
