However, they have now introduced a £40 cancellation fee without informing customers and also refuse to price match if your booking is outside of the initial 24 hours. When you book for £1 deposit if you decide to cancel it costs £40 so stick with other companies like Booking.com who do not charge a cancellation fee. Our holiday to Benidorm was that much cheaper with Expedia even with the £40 cancellation fee we saved money. So beware booking holidays with this company. I will never book with them again and will be advising all my friends and family to look elsewhere.
