Booked a £3k+ holiday with these and later found flights cheaper using their own app, called them and they agreed flights were cheaper so they requested me to send screenshots so they could match. Later they backed out of the price match guarantee offering a feeble excuse.
Do not use this company if you intend to check for price matches after your purchase. Their response time is also very slow and they wait for the 30 day max they are allowed to respond.
