Travel republic cancelled my hotel reservation and offered an unusable credit note rather than a refund. I contacted the hotel directly and was told that Travel Republic only pay them 90 days AFTER check out. Travel Republic are sitting on our money. Their generic email says that they have to chase suppliers to get our money back, in my case this is a LIE. I am contactIng my credit card provider to reverse the transaction ASAP.
