Just got an email to say my holiday at the end of May has been cancelled. Followed the instructions they sent and requested a refund in under 2 minutes.
I know I haven’t got my Refund yet but so far this is much easier than my experience with British Airways on my other holiday where I can’t even register my claim and they cut me off when calling.
