Travel Local put us in touch with Southern Africa 360 to plan our trip to Botswana. It was truly amazing experience and Nikki was instrumental in putting it together. When we told other guides and agents in Botswana and other countries about our trip, we were constantly told we got to see the "gems" of the country. It was so amazing, our friends and families have asked for our itinerary for future planning! Nikki also assisted with coordinating flights, even though we had booked them independently, as navigating some of those Southern African airlines can be tricky. The entire process was so easy and she made sure to accommodate us when our plans changed--for example, we had independently booked a black rhino safari on our last day at Victoria Falls, which meant we would have to miss our originally scheduled morning transfer from Zimbabwe to Zambia--Nikki made sure our transfer was changed to the evening and we were able to enjoy our safari and safely make the land transfer into Zambia. The guides she picked were incredibly helpful at assisting us with all of the border crossings we made, from Botswana into Zimbabwe, and then on to Zambia. Many things could go wrong during this trip but they were all handled with efficiency. This is my fourth time using Travel Local and they are by far my favorite travel agency, since they put me in touch with local agencies who are really specialists in the area they are from. I also like contributing to the local economies. I can't say enough good things about Travel Local and their associates. I've never had a bad experience and look forward to planning my next trip to Thailand with them!
