Harry a tour expert of Dominican Republic helped me with a custom tour. He was very patient answering all my questions/concerns to create a dream private tour for my family. Through him I met Isabel on Zoom where she assess what our interests were, making great recommendations. As a local in DR, Isabel made great suggestions for local sites/food/experiences. My greatest appreciation for her to overseeing our multi-city DR tour including our severely delayed arrival DR flight. I call her after midnight to reach our local guide at the Santiago airport, where we were able to get to our hotel safe and sound in the middle of the night! It really provided us peace of mind to have Isabel to contact during our tour in the event of any problems! She even check to make sure we returned home! Thankfully, we had a most pleasant memorable trip. Also need have to say our great local guide Luis and driver Heriberto expertly negotiated us through Santiago-Jarabacoa-Constanza-Santo Domingo-Punta Cana- Saona Island!
