We went to Rio de Janeiro and Ilha Grande in November 2023. Our expert (Helena) was exceptionally helpful, efficient and flexible in the lead up to the trip in arranging our accommodation and various activities at short notice to suit our interests and budget. Whilst we were away Helena was always on hand if we needed anything, and rescheduled several activities for us at very short notice as a result of the weather conditions.
