We must admit that, as this was our first time using TravelLocal and not knowing anybody personally that used them before, we were more than a little nervous. However, we should not have been as everything was excellent from start to finish! Viktoriya did a fantast job of planning our 8-night private tour of Bulgaria! We were impressed with the initial contact and continued to be impressed throughout the entire process. Viktoriya was always quick to reply, very personal and extremely helpful. After we booked, her communication before our trip was great, and she quickly ironed out a wrinkle that occurred during our trip (nothing she did – circumstances beyond her control). We would not hesitate to recommend Viktoriya to plan and book your trip to Bulgaria! We also want to mention that Dilyan, our private guide throughout our tour of Bulgaria: he was excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable and a fantastic driver: we always felt very safe and comfortable with him, and all his recommendations on restaurants, etc, were spot-on. A huge THANK YOU to both Viktoriya for the planning and Dilyan for the execution: our tour of Bulgaria exceeded our expectations and we loved it.
