We had an amazing 21 days safari starting Sept 24 2024. I only booked this trip a month and a half prior to leaving. Working with Jonas through his company Transafari, via TravelLocal, web travel site. Working with Jonas was flawless, he was so easy to get a hold of and so eager for me to ask any questions and make changes as needed. He booked us at several national parks 9n Tanzania, a hike part way up Kilimanjaro, trip to the gorge, the crater and finishing up in Zanzibar for some beautiful beach time and a couple tours. I would highly recommend him and his company. Albert was or guide for the full 15 days, prior to us going over to Zanzibar for the last 6 days of the trip. Albert was very knowledgeable, kind and courteous. We had lots of great laughs. Seen every mammal you could think of. His goal was to make sure we seen all of the big 5. We had 4 out of the 5 after about 6 days, the Rino was very hard to find. He always had his ear to the radio when he hear of a siting he would work his way to the area. Finally on about day 12 in the crater he found the Rino. I think he was more excited than us, LOL. We seen many babies as well, from Chita's, Elephant's, Lepord's, Lions, monkeys. It was all so exciting. We seen lots and lots of mammals ever day. The majority of the accommodation were great, some better than others but all in all nothing to complain about . Plenty of food every day. Albert always had a plan for the next day, some day we had to be on the road earlier because of permits other wise it was up to us when we wanted to start. This wa a trip of a lifetime and we are so fortunate to be able to work with Jonas and Albert.
